I don't know about you, but I feel it in the pit of my stomach. It's a since of URGENCY in this election year. The fact that these last four years have been a struggle for each and everyone of us. Up and including our President Barack Obama....but we must not go back...we must march forward and, continue too make change in this country for the future of our Children ... I am not put off by the oppression of the Republican Party which stagnated the progress of some of the Presidents policies. Over the last 4 year the lack of cooperation among this countries legislative branch was an atrocity for all Americans. The lack of regard for what the people need in this country because of the tunneled vision agenda of sacking the President. It really pulled back the covers on how this political system really works, and the essence of this vendetta against Barack Obama....Racism & Hate.... While was at work the other day, I had a discussion with a very young Black man about the importance of voting in this country. The conversation began with his statement about Barack Obama, not doing anything for him or any president for that matter. To say the least, I went in full force on him about the importance of voting and what the Negro had to suffer to even receive this simple freedoms in this country. The right to vote signifies our right to choose for our self what is right for us. After this young man seen how very passionate I am about exercising our right to vote in this country....after 100 years of oppression by the White man, and only being granted this unalienable right just  47 year ago the year I was born, civil right was passed in February in 1964. I also informed him that this right is as young as I am, so don't get comfortable with that mindset. Today in this Election year, with so much at sake in this country that concern All Americans, I am worried about

I have learned on this Journey,that it is some things that can not be changed...Our challenge is to learn what battles can and cannot be won....we must Learn that Living our best self is our objective & we can't Please everyone....Having some type of Purpose gives us Energy to live in Harmony with the Universe....that is ever changing and we must change & evolove with it our Stagnate....on this never ending quest for improvement....learning our Limitation is a requirement...with some disappointment....we will Savor & offer gratitude wen we gain satisfaction with our Victories....this is a uphill battle were only the bravest amongst us dare to venture....

sometimes we as people have a lot of things on our minds and we seem to can't focus...with all of the running around, and things that must get done it seems like our mind is in constant turmoil. if anyone is like me...I will start one thing and can't finish that because my mind is off to something else...and in the end nothing gets done.... I had to find a remedy for this constant start and never finish routine....I started to take the time and slow down for just a minute....I call this the days to unplug....I mean that I really unplug.... I turn off my phone I turn off my TV I turn off all things off distraction..... than I welcome the silence of my home....and close my eyes...and think of all of the things that I need to do.... I think of all of the things that I would like to see and visit I think of my friends and loved ones I think of my enemies and hated ones I think of all the things that bring me joy I think of all the things that bring me sadness I look insi
